Hoda Katebi is an Iranian-American writer, community organizer and lawyer. She is the founding member of Blue Tin Production, a garment worker-led apparel manufacturing worker cooperative; a national lead with Believers Bail Out, a bail fund using Zakat to bail Muslims out of pre-trial and immigration incarceration; an adviser for Dissenters, a youth-led anti-war movement; and is currently building 63rd House, a $6M third space community center alongside Black and Brown youth on the Southwest Side of Chicago.
